Sole Proprietorship Establishments:
· A valid passport copy or Emirates ID copy of the owner(s)
· Initial Approval from the Department of Economic Development (DED).
Companies:
· A valid passport copy or Emirates ID copy of the manager or attorney (if exists)
· A valid Initial Approval from the Department of Economic Development (DED).
· A copy of the memorandum of association, notarized & attested (if exists).
Free Trade Zone Establishments and Companies:
· A copy of the Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone Commercial License
· A valid passport copy or Emirates ID copy of the owner(s)
· A copy of the memorandum of association, notarized & attested
